Let me start by saying congratulations for taking the first steps. You are only here because you are tired of looking or feeling the way you do. If there was just a magic bullet to lose the belly fat, millions of us would be a lot happier. I am going to hit you with a dose of reality, that magic bullet does not exist! On a brighter note it doesn't have to be as hard as most of us make it. That being said there are some pretty unique solutions to your delima.
I am not going to bore you with the things you should be doing. Ask yourself a simple question first. That question is (are you really ready to do what it takes to lose the belly fat?) Understand first there is not any real easy fix. Every piece of information you receive from anywhere, is going to have some work involved. Wether it be a drastic change in diet, or motivating yourself enough to do suggested exercises. One key thing first is to believe that you are worth it and than be willing to take things to a new level that you have not yet achieved. It does not matter how old or young , or how out of shape and overweight you might be. The first place to start is the bleief that you can do it.
If you are anything like me, I have tried all these ideas that sound good in theory but never give you the what you are looking for. Maybe you have tried a lot of different remedies but the results don't come fast enough so you give up a few short weeks later. At this point probably feeling more helpless and hopeless than you did before. Losing belly fat, or flattening your stomach, or gaining muscle all take some hard work and dedication. It is insane to think the things you have done in the past are going to change your present if they never have before. After all the definition of insanity is"Doing the same thing over and over expecting different results."
You are now at the at a crossroad! Let this year be the year you make a covenant with yourself. Be willing to take things out of your comfort zone to give you the body and mind that you have been lacking. Let the new you bring back your confidence and give you a feeling of self-worth and love that you already deserve. I am going to give you some amazing suggestions. Every one of the suggestions I make really work and will change your life for the better. Today is the day don't put it off any longer. I have found from my own experience that if I continue to put something off, it rarely gets done!
Come into this new life change with your heart and mind dedicated. The end result will be you rising to the occassion and being responsible for your own actions.
